Day 2 in Korea...:-)

~Korea has been such a learning experiance, one that I wish everyone could touch upon at some point! It makes me appreciate my wonderful, and beautiful life that I have...Healthy children, a wonderful job, amazing family and friends, you name it. No amount of gratitude could be shown on this blog page. The last 4 months have been trying-YES! Three kids under the age of three-YES VERY HARD! All for the most part doing it alone-YES hard beyond measure...But this time to recharge, reflect, and well think has been the "gift" I needed more than anything. Good conversation with Jason, sleeping, talking about our kids, sharing stories of them from the past 4 months filled with laughter and yes some tears has been what I needed...

Seeing a third world country, and yes this is a country that has more than the typical third world country thankfully but it shows me all the blessings in our life. I have been very good recently about trying to calm down the complaining, I try not to complain to others, on Face Book, to family/friends because we all have different life circumstances and stories that make each "story" different so no way to compare in all honesty. I will say though, to those with multiples, come on ladies and men out there...it is TOUGH with 3 so close in age!!! Haha! I talked to my dad tonight via Skype and he looked well....Tired as hell! He asked me "When do you come home again?" Haha! So today I got him an awesome gift told him I love him and my entire family for the gift they gave me, the gift of time, the gift of a break. By the way I got them ALL awesome gifts...:-)

Yet as always I go off course....and digress...

Korea has delicious food, and very nice people! There is respect that is a sort of unspoken thing if you will for the older generation, that you get out of their way on the sidewalk, etc...A respect I agree with, those who are older than I deserve that respect, I also believe that respect is earned and not automatically given but I always respect those around me...No matter what. Tonight I got to sample some delicious Thai food, and YUMMY! Nothing too spicy as my poor tummy could not deal but it was so good, and the people were so sweet, talkative, I honestly feel more safe here at times than I do during the day in some parts of Colorado Springs! Everyone looks out for one another and again an air of respect that I enjoy....Then I went and shopped, AGAIN, came home with presents for the Buckner clan and a few for me...:-) It is so fun to barter back and forth! Although I am not very good at it!!!!

I will write more again, tomorrow I hope to head to Seoul or to the DMZ, still not sure yet...I miss my trio so very much...I talked to them this morning and got kisses blown to me by all three...Pure love!

Until again-Thank you to everyone who reads and supports my family, me and this silly blog that has become my outlet. Appreciate the reading and commenting so keep it coming!!! Much love!!!
