Weekends are now going at mock and warp speed!

Hello my name is Sarah and YES, YES, YES I have OCD! I am organized to a fault, clean a little too much I am sure and always wake up too early every week day only to get to work anywhere from 30-45 minutes early "Just in case!" Some civilians I work with are the same way and some waltz in 2 minutes before 730am, it drives me BONKERS! On Monday's I am preparing for my schedule for Thursday's to ensure my Dr's need no additional information on said patients or well anything and are prepared. My boss states he loves the fact I am OCD! :) I will take that as a good thing I suppose, if you ask others I am sure they find it irritating and even annoying but hey...That is me! Now I am in PCS mode, for all you non-military PCS means Permanent Change of Station, essentially moving and we are! Across the country and it has me well scared! We wives of military have a tough job, not only do most of us work OUTSIDE the home, BUT inside the home with children, cooking, cleaning, etc...AND now add in prepping to move! YIKES! Oh yeah and now I am trying to find renters for my home that I love and have put alot of work into...Tough stuff, but I will prevail, with my lists upon lists already beginning I am getting prepped. Trying to nail down a job in Florida, trying to get excited about said move, and finally trying to see my family so we can see everyone before me move in October. This weekend was supposed to laying around and laundry but for some reason knowing it was a beautiful and cooler day outside I got us all dressed and we headed out! The kids needed hair cuts and a few essentials for our trip to California this coming Thursday, my dad is turning 50! Much to his dismay and as he stated "He is NOT turning 50", well he really is so the trio and I fly out Thursday morning early and come home the following Tuesday night, a nice and welcome break from the daily hum-drum life has become recently. I hope for lot's of sibling time all of whom I miss daily and dearly and lot's of well simply put time with my parents, my family, aunts and uncles, friends and all. It should be a great time. I spoke to mom yesterday and she said she already has a to do list for me, insert scared button NOW! :) I think I get my OCD from her! Hehe! This is will more than likely be our last visit to my home state California although have not called it "home" since 2000 or there abouts. I moved around ALOT and loved every minute but now having kids the moving around has lost its luster I am learning, and finding a new job and yadda yadda...We are moving to Florida, the Breathtaking part I am told! Near Destin and near Pensacola...White sand beaches and clear blue water, YES please! I am trading in my ski pants for jean shorts and bathing suits, add in a hurricane or two and we are set! I figure we will have tons of visitors, I am hoping for at least! The silver lining is we will be half a days drive from Jason's family and that is huge for him, for us. With aging grand-parents whom he is very close with, and I am as well it will give our kids the chance to get to know them and cousins and aunts and uncles, it really is going to be a nice thing! So here I sit having cleaned the house from top to bottom in preparation for the week, laundry is just about done, and I will retreat to the downstairs where I will do some Wii yoga and then call it. Thank you for listening to my rambles...May this week find you all well and happy! ~S
