Is it really already Decemeber? Here I am doing Christmas cards, putting up our little Charlie Brown Christmas tree and stringing lights around the front room for the benefit of the kids and myself! I usually put all of my Christmas stuff up at Thanksgiving as I am that excited but here I am lagging. I am sure it has to do with the fact that it is just me and the kids, Jason is not here this year and that to me is hard but the show must go on so to speak! So here I am, doing this for my three little people who need me and I need them....More then they will ever know!!!
This week was great, many amazing things yet by Friday poor Violet and myself were worn out! A day off was in order and they have now postponed Violet's surgery due to her cough/cold, etc...It seems that at every turn my kids are sick! Sheesh! Change of weather and the daycare I am sure but still hard to hear them hacking and see them feeling less then their normal selves. We "talked" with Jason this morning with our iPads, which I adore by the way! I love technology but lately I am totally impressed by all things Apple! I love the iPhone, the iPad, the "i" EVERYTHING!
As I close I have been brought back to life with music this week! I have been loving Frank Sinatra, and all the old crooners...WOW what an amazing gift these singers had! So as I go back to caring for the trio I will leave you with one song..."Come fly with me" By. Frank Sinatra!!!!
